Terms for using Readernaut
These terms cover the Readernaut website at readernaut.app. The service is an early web beta and may change as we learn from readers.
Using the web reader
Readernaut grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to browse and read the stories made available through the website. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access controls, or use automated systems in a way that harms availability for other readers.
Children
If you are not old enough to agree to online terms where you live, use Readernaut only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
Stories and ownership
Authors and rights holders retain their rights in the stories, names, and other creative work available through Readernaut. Access to read a story does not grant permission to republish, sell, train models on, or distribute that work unless the rights holder separately permits it.
Availability and beta changes
The website and individual stories may be updated, interrupted, or removed. Readernaut is provided on an “as available” basis during beta, without a promise that every feature or title will always remain available.
External services
Readernaut links to services operated by others, including GitTrove, GitHub, and Feldroy. Their own terms and policies apply when you use those services.
Responsible use and liability
Use Readernaut lawfully and responsibly. To the extent allowed by applicable law, PS Feldroy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this beta service. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
